Sublimely bad, Samurai Cop earns its wings to rise into the pantheon of wonderfully terrible movies.
What’s to say that has not been said? It’s certainly one of those things that must be experienced first-hand.
My personal favorite points are buddy/sidekick Frank Washington’s (Mark Frazer) hilarious reaction shots, funny enough on their own, but framed by the amazingly bad editing into something transcendentally magical.
